Keeping Austin's Future Female 2.0: Land Use, Transportation, and a Just City

It's back!

Land use and transportation decisions are a big part of what your local government does for you. Do you want to better understand how these decisions will affect the future of Austin?

Leah M. Bojo, Tien-Tien Chan, and Delia Garza - Austin City Council District 2 would like to talk to YOU about how and why progressive land use and transportation policies can make Austin a more socially just city. Together we will talk about the Austin that we would like to see. Then we'll talk about the policies that can create that better place and what we can all do to get Austin to that vision. The event will include some time for breaking into small groups.

These aren't easy problems to solve, but more voices are needed at City Hall to make change. Our work toward a just nation begins with a just city!

Tacos and Coffee provided. Tickets here.

Address: 200 Lee Barton Dr, Austin, TX 78704

Come with questions and we'll have answers. Lots of decisions that directly and indirectly affect Austinites every day are decided at City Hall.
